This Pre-Sales Engineer role sits at the intersection of AI innovation and business problem-solving. You will research real-world workflows in lending, onboarding, and collections to identify high-impact use cases for AI solutions. The position involves designing and prototyping intelligent systems using large language models, automation frameworks, and APIs, then translating these technical capabilities into compelling business narratives for stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include: researching business workflows to uncover AI opportunities; designing and building rapid prototypes using tools like Python, Streamlit, or no-code platforms; creating demos, concept notes, and solution frameworks that demonstrate measurable impact; and staying current with emerging AI capabilities and fintech trends to inform solution design.
You'll work with a team focused on alternate data scoring, document processing, conversational AI, and voice automation—all applied to the financial services sector. Success requires balancing technical depth with business acumen, the ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences, and a genuine curiosity about how technology solves real institutional finance problems.
The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in presales, product solutioning, or AI/automation roles, with strong familiarity with BFSI (banking, financial services, insurance) or fintech contexts. You should be comfortable with rapid prototyping and have a track record of translating business challenges into technology solutions.
