Veeva Systems, a public benefit corporation and leader in industry cloud for life sciences, is seeking a Practice Manager for Environmental Health & Safety (EHS). This is a people leadership role managing a Professional Services team of EHS and Vault Platform experts responsible for customer success and software implementation delivery.
You will lead a team focused on driving implementation excellence and operational efficiency for regulated industries. Key responsibilities include recruiting and developing top-tier talent, establishing prescriptive delivery methodologies, and serving as an executive resource for key customer engagements (up to 25% customer-facing time). You'll partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Strategy, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth customer transitions from go-live to steady-state operations.
The role emphasizes building modern delivery practices aligned with Veeva's 2030 Services Vision, including packaged solutions, automation, and standardized best practices. You will drive operational accountability, manage escalations with humility and confidence, and identify opportunities for delivery innovation and automation.
Requirements: 8+ years delivering enterprise cloud implementations at a software vendor or consulting firm; 4+ years direct people management experience leading software implementation consultants or technical teams; deep domain knowledge of EHS, operational risk, and regulatory compliance; ability to travel up to 25%.
