Skin Pharm is a clinician and female-founded cosmetic dermatology practice offering in-clinic treatments, results-driven skincare products, and an elevated clinic experience. We're seeking a full-time Practice Manager to oversee the operational, administrative, and clinical efficiency of our Austin clinic.
In this role, you will lead with integrity and mentor the clinic team while managing daily operations, maximizing provider efficiency, enhancing patient interactions, and driving strategies to improve team performance, patient satisfaction, and clinic productivity. You'll focus on growing the business, building brand awareness, optimizing systems, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. Key responsibilities include inventory management, business operations oversight in a clinical setting, and fostering positive relationships with both patients and staff.
You are a collaborative, results-driven leader with excellent organizational and multitasking skills and a proactive approach to professional development. You excel at time management, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships. A background in clinical settings and familiarity with Skin Pharm's brand and mission are pluses. Training will be provided to expand your existing skill set and knowledge base.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, nursing, or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of management experience
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical practices
