Manifest Law is an AI-native corporate immigration firm seeking a Practice Leader to build and run its corporate immigration practice. This is a leadership role with full accountability for practice growth, quality, profitability, and team development. You will lead Manifest's corporate immigration practice serving employer clients across H-1B, L-1, PERM, E-1/E-2, and the broader employer-immigration spectrum. Key responsibilities include: • Own enterprise client relationships and program management; companies retain Manifest because they trust you specifically. • Drive business development and marketing for your practice, growing existing accounts and bringing in new ones through your network and Manifest's marketing engine. • Build and lead a legal team: hire, develop, and hold attorneys to Manifest's quality standards across consultations and case production. • Leverage Manifest's AI-powered platform—automated workflows, smart draft review, unified case-context hub—as a performance multiplier for your team. • Own pod profitability directly; compensation is built around the health of the practice you run, not a fixed docket. • Maintain thought leadership and professional visibility in HR, Legal, and People Ops circles. Manifest operates on a no-billable-hour model with flat-fee client pricing. The firm is remote-by-design, with all legal work conducted remotely. You will be judged on outcomes—what gets filed and how clients experience the relationship—not hours recorded. The firm provides an AI-powered platform that removes administrative busywork, freeing your time for strategy, judgment, and client relationships. The firm emphasizes attorney agency, sustainable pace, real ownership of cases, and building something meaningful. Manifest is ambitious and building infrastructure to change how law firms operate. Attorney feedback directly informs product development, so the technology evolves around how the best lawyers actually work. REQUIREMENTS: • J.D. and active U.S. bar admission • 10+ years of employment-based immigration experience across a broad range of NIV and IV categories • Experience owning client relationships end to end—not just individual matters • Track record managing or developing legal teams, with clear accountability for team outcomes • Comfort with public visibility—thought leadership, social presence, client events—and a professional network in HR, Legal, or People Ops circles • Ambition to build and run a practice, not just staff one
