Pico is a global financial services infrastructure company headquartered in New York with offices in Chicago, London, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Tokyo. The company provides market data services and managed infrastructure solutions to the capital markets community. We are seeking a Portal Product Manager to lead the evolution of our client digital platform. This role owns the product roadmap for the Pico Portal as it transforms from a basic client interface into a comprehensive self-service, workflow automation, and intelligence platform serving Market Services clients. The Portal Product Manager will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales Engineering, Client Success, and commercial teams to reimagine how clients request services, track delivery, access operational insights, interact with data products, and engage with Pico. You will translate client and business needs into a prioritized roadmap, executable requirements, adoption strategies, and measurable outcomes. Key responsibilities include owning the Portal product vision, roadmap, and success metrics; driving workflow automation and self-service ordering capabilities; translating business requirements into clear user stories and release plans; partnering with delivery and engineering teams to build scalable platform features; using data and client feedback to prioritize investments; and supporting future opportunities around APIs, analytics, data storefronts, and AI-enabled workflows. You will also drive adoption through enablement, communication, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate brings product management experience with B2B platforms, workflow products, client portals, SaaS, digital commerce, or service delivery systems. You should have strong roadmap and requirements discipline, the ability to simplify complex workflows into scalable capabilities, excellent stakeholder management across business and technical teams, commercial awareness connecting product priorities to efficiency and revenue, and practical AI fluency. Success will be measured by increased Portal adoption and client engagement, more workflows managed through the platform, reduced manual coordination and rework, improved delivery visibility and operating efficiency, and clear roadmap execution tied to scalable growth and future monetization. This is a hybrid role based in New York with weekly office time and flexibility to work from home. Occasional travel may be required to support multiple geographies (EMEA, USA, APAC).
