As PMO Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone of the Programme Management Office, ensuring the PMO's reporting cadence runs flawlessly. You'll pull together inputs from the Cost Controller, Programme Schedule Manager, and Risk & Change Manager into steering committee packs and gate-readiness reports. Your responsibilities include:
- Own the PMO's reporting rhythm, assembling cost, schedule, and risk data into decision-ready leadership packages
- Chase status updates ahead of gate reviews and leadership meetings, flagging gaps, outdated information, or inconsistencies before they reach decision forums
- Maintain reporting templates and dashboards (Wrike or similar) that give leadership clear visibility of milestones and programme status
- Keep the master calendar of programme deliverables, gates, and milestones across Alpha and Stellaris current and accurate
- Support logistics for PMO governance forums, including the Release Gates Authority and steering committees (scheduling, papers, coordination)
- Conduct ad hoc analysis of cost, schedule, and risk data to support PMO decision-making
- Help identify unseen opportunities, uncover hidden dependencies, and bring fresh ideas to how the PMO operates
You'll work in a small, fast-moving team where your insights directly shape how a world-class deep-tech company executes. The role sits at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, and business functions, making you the connective tissue that keeps complex, multi-discipline programmes visible and on track.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience supporting a PMO or project controls function on a complex, multi-discipline programme
- Highly organized with ability to translate inputs from engineers, suppliers, and commercial teams into clear, concise, readable reporting
- Confident with project management and reporting tools (e.g., Wrike); ability to pick up new tools quickly
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Comfortable with pace and ambiguity in early-stage, building-from-scratch environments
- Strong satisfaction from being the connective tissue of a programme, making progress, risks, and dependencies visible to decision-makers
