Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced PLM Software Engineer to join the ArsenalOS team, which owns the unified production systems platform serving as the digital backbone for manufacturing operations. ArsenalOS integrates PLM, MES, WMS, and supply chain systems to enable hardware production at software velocity. In this role, you will develop mission-critical Teamcenter customizations and integrations while owning database and infrastructure responsibilities for the PLM platform. You will build custom ITK services, SOA integrations, Active Workspace extensions, workflows, and enterprise integrations across CAD, ERP, MES, manufacturing, and engineering systems. You will also install, configure, tune, patch, and upgrade Teamcenter and its database, with responsibility for performance, backups and recovery, high availability, monitoring, and disaster-recovery readiness. Key responsibilities include: administering databases (backups, recovery, indexing, statistics, performance tuning); configuring and operating Pool Manager, FSC/FCC, Dispatcher, TcServer, and volume management; improving application observability across application, database, and server health; managing high availability, disaster recovery, patching, and environment refreshes; collaborating with PLM developers, infrastructure teams, and business teams during upgrades and production support; and building and performing load and performance tests to validate capacity and catch regressions before production deployments. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering foundations with disciplined Teamcenter and database administration expertise. You should be comfortable with Teamcenter data models and workflows, database administration and performance tuning, Teamcenter installation and configuration, high availability and disaster recovery, ITK/SOA/Active Workspace integrations, APIs and distributed systems, and CI/CD and infrastructure automation. You will take ownership from design through production operations, troubleshoot complex platform issues, and automate recurring work using PowerShell, Python, Bash, and CI/CD tools.
