Radiant is building the world's first mass-produced, portable nuclear microreactors. The Kaleidos reactor is a 1-megawatt, fail-safe unit designed for rapid deployment to hospitals, data centers, remote sites, and military bases. The company is on track to test its first reactor at Idaho National Laboratory this summer, with initial customer deliveries beginning in 2028.
As PLM Administrator, you will own day-to-day Teamcenter and NX administration, reporting to the PLM Architect. This role puts you directly under an architect to build deep expertise in a hardware-driven organization where platform decisions carry real weight.
Key responsibilities include:
- User and access administration in Teamcenter: accounts, groups, roles, permissions, and organizational structure as the company scales
- Day-to-day engineering support: item and BOM issues, workflow problems, revision and release questions, data cleanup
- Client deployment and upgrades for NX and Teamcenter across engineering workstations: packaging, rollout, patching, validation
- License troubleshooting and coordination with systems engineers
- Testing and validation of upgrades and configuration changes in test environments before production rollout
- Documentation and training: writing guides and conducting sessions to reduce repetitive support questions
- Vendor coordination: opening and driving support cases to resolution
- NX CAD environment development: templates, customization files, role-based configurations, Check-Mate rules, default settings
- Standardized part families, drawing templates, and reusable component libraries to enforce design consistency
- Organization-wide standards for CAD modeling, drafting, and PLM data entry
- Growth into deeper platform work under the PLM Architect as expertise develops
This is a 100% onsite role at El Segundo headquarters. The position requires willingness to work extended hours and weekends as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM discipline
- 3+ years in technical support, systems administration, or engineering support role
- Exposure to PLM, PDM, or CAD environment (Teamcenter, Windchill, 3DEXPERIENCE, SolidWorks PDM, or comparable)
- Windows administration comfort with scripting aptitude to automate repetitive tasks
- Experience working with engineers, gathering requirements and translating them into actionable steps
- Organized and dependable with strong attention to detail
- Genuine appetite to learn the platform deeply
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Hands-on NX experience as user, designer, or drafter
- Teamcenter administration exposure: BMIDE, workflow design, multi-tier environments
- Background in design, drafting, or manufacturing transitioning to systems side
- SQL comfort for reporting and data investigation
- ITAR, EAR, or 10 CFR 810 controlled environment experience
