Axiado is seeking a hands-on Platform Program Manager to drive execution of platform development and integration programs from planning through delivery. You will be the central coordinator across Hardware, Software, Firmware, Validation, and Platform Integration teams, ensuring projects stay on track and customer commitments are met.
In this role, you will own day-to-day program execution, creating and maintaining detailed project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and action items. You will track progress against risks, issues, and deliverables, coordinate cross-functional activities to meet project goals, and support platform bring-up, validation, customer qualification, and product readiness activities. You will serve as the primary program management contact for assigned projects, leading program reviews and status meetings, coordinating customer communications and schedule alignment, and working closely with engineering teams to ensure requirements and deliverables are aligned. You will maintain accurate project documentation and status reports, continuously improve program-tracking and communication processes, and help build scalable program management practices as the company grows.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management within server platforms, firmware development, embedded systems, or related technology domains
- Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering projects
- Strong project planning, scheduling, and risk management skills
- Excellent organization and follow-through
- Ability to drive execution across teams without direct authority
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with server platforms, AI systems, or data center technologies
- Familiarity with platform bring-up, hardware/software integration, BIOS, BMC, firmware, or system validation
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- PMP, Scrum, or Agile certification
