Zone & Co is an ERP-native AI platform for financial operations, purpose-built for organizations running Oracle NetSuite. The company serves over 4,500 customers worldwide, automating financial workflows across Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Treasury, Payroll Management, and Record-to-Report processes.
As a Platform Product Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that power the company's products and operations. You'll work at the intersection of AI/ML engineering and product development, collaborating closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to build scalable, production-ready systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing AI systems for real-world business applications
- Building and deploying end-to-end AI/ML pipelines for product features
- Writing clean, maintainable code in Python, JavaScript, or statically typed languages
- Integrating AI/ML models into backend and frontend applications
- Analyzing large datasets to extract insights and support data-driven decisions
- Evaluating and selecting AI frameworks and tools based on project needs
- Monitoring and optimizing deployed models for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Leading experimentation and prototyping efforts
- Participating in code reviews and mentoring junior engineers
- Communicating technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Maintaining commitment to data quality, privacy, and ethical AI practices
- Contributing to infrastructure and cloud service decisions for AI workflows
