Salary: USD 115,000 - 150,000 / annual
iCapital seeks an Assistant Vice President to lead the Implementation Specialists team, managing client integrations and platform experience for wealth managers and asset management firms. You will independently lead small to medium client integrations while assisting senior leads on complex projects, owning the full lifecycle from discovery through rollout.
Key responsibilities include: leading new and existing client integrations (project management, business process design, data integrations, platform setup, testing, rollout); establishing detailed project plans and managing risk across internal and external stakeholders; implementing client requirements via white-label configurations; managing the platform experience for strategic existing clients to maximize adoption; building deep understanding of client business models and how they map to the iCapital platform; collaborating with Product Managers to identify gaps and roll out features; driving operational efficiencies; troubleshooting platform issues with Operations and Product teams; documenting procedures and creating playbooks; and partnering with Product Managers, Relationship Managers, and Operations teams.
You bring 6–10+ years in project management, client software implementations, operations, or relationship management in financial services/fintech. You have a proven track record leading cross-functional project teams from inception to execution, familiarity with software-based financial solutions (transaction systems, online forms, trading software), and excellent documentation and communication skills. Advanced MS Office proficiency, data analytics skills, and attention to detail are essential. Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities, experience influencing stakeholders, and comfort in fast-moving entrepreneurial environments are required. Knowledge of wealth management, private banking, and alternatives processes is valued; data integration experience is a plus.
The role is hybrid: Monday–Thursday in office (Greenwich, CT), with Friday remote flexibility. Compensation includes base salary $115,000–$150,000, equity for all full-time employees, annual performance bonus, employer-matched retirement, subsidized healthcare (100% employer-paid dental/vision), telemedicine, virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited PTO.
