Motion is a fast-growing creative analytics and strategy platform serving top DTC and e-commerce brands like Vuori, True Classic, and The Farmer's Dog. The company recently raised $30M in Series B funding and has achieved 3x YoY growth with just under 60 team members.
As a Platform Expert, you'll be the primary point of contact for customer success, operating across Slack, in-app chat, and email. You'll help clients resolve technical issues, troubleshoot problems proactively, and work directly with the engineering team to implement solutions. Your deep knowledge of Motion's platform capabilities and workarounds will make you the internal source of truth for technical questions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support and guidance to customers across multiple channels
- Proactively identifying and troubleshooting client issues
- Bridging communication between engineering and customer success teams
- Translating recurring customer feedback into actionable product insights
- Building and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base with easy-to-follow guides
- Training AI support systems to handle customer inquiries
- Managing the admin request process for bug resolution and issue escalation
You'll work with some of the sharpest minds in the DTC space who value self-service resources and technical depth. The role requires 3+ years of customer-facing technical support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You should be resourceful, endlessly curious, and passionate about learning and teaching. Interest in AI/ML and understanding of creative's role in paid media are valuable assets.
