As a Platform Engineer on the Builder Experience Team, you will design and operate core platform services that support high-scale distributed systems across OnePay's product ecosystem. Your responsibilities include developing internal developer tooling and shared infrastructure to improve velocity, reliability, and observability across engineering teams. You'll build and evolve frameworks that support the construction and orchestration of agentic applications, enabling intelligent, automated workflows. Additionally, you'll drive enhancements in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and developer workflows to increase deployment speed, reliability, and confidence.
You bring 2-9 years of software engineering experience in fintech, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale distributed systems. You have hands-on experience building developer platforms, internal tooling, or frameworks that enable other engineers to move faster. Deep expertise in distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and high-availability platform services is essential. You have production experience with AWS cloud environments and building cloud-native infrastructure. You've demonstrated experience designing and building agentic developer tools that empower automation, collaboration, or intelligent workflows. Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and driving continuous integration and delivery improvements is required. You're a builder and executor with drive and proactivity.
