As a Platform Engineer, you will join a team designing, building, and maintaining customer deployment tooling and critical infrastructure. Your responsibilities include: • Building and maintaining Helm charts, Kubernetes artifacts, and associated training materials for customer deployments • Collaborating with Solutions Engineering to transform customer-focused prototypes into production-grade products • Building and maintaining critical services and infrastructure, including license verification and metering systems • Maintaining platform marketplace integrations for AWS, Azure, and Snowflake You will focus on ensuring the core ML product runs on highly performant, stable infrastructure that is composable, secure, scalable, and well-monitored. Required qualifications include 3–5 years of engineering experience building products, infrastructure, and automation with a focus on security, reliability, scalability, and maintainability. You should have operational experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Python, TypeScript, and/or major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Nice-to-have experience includes fintech or compliance backgrounds, customer-facing roles, and early-stage startup exposure.
