Yubico, a publicly traded leader in identity security and creator of the YubiKey hardware-backed passkey, is seeking a Planning Manager to lead integrated supply chain planning across EMEA and APAC regions. This role is central to building a proactive and reliable planning model that translates market requirements into realistic supply, capacity, material, and inventory plans while improving visibility and collaboration with suppliers and external manufacturing partners. You will report to the VP of Supply Chain Operations and work across Manufacturing & Sourcing, Logistics, Product, Finance, regional commercial teams, and Global Planning. Key responsibilities include: **Integrated Planning:** Lead EMEA/APAC planning inputs and outputs for global SIOP and S&OE exception management. Reconcile demand, supply, capacity, materials, inventory, and product lifecycle considerations into decision-ready regional plans. Develop constrained and unconstrained supply scenarios across relevant planning horizons and translate consensus demand plans into capacity, material, production, inventory, and logistics requirements. **Supplier & Manufacturing Collaboration:** Establish structured forecast-sharing and exception-review routines with key suppliers and external manufacturing partners. Work closely with Manufacturing & Sourcing to understand lead times, yields, capacity, order commitments, and alternative supply options. Ensure supplier, component, and manufacturing constraints are accurately reflected in integrated plans. Challenge assumptions and coordinate actions to resolve material or capacity constraints. **Supply Risk & Inventory:** Identify material, supplier, capacity, quality, logistics, and geopolitical risks and develop mitigation scenarios before they affect customer commitments. Support inventory segmentation, safety-stock, reorder-point, and inventory-positioning decisions. Balance service and resilience with working capital, obsolescence, and expedite risk. **NPI, EOL & Lifecycle Planning:** Coordinate planning readiness for product launches, ramp-ups, phase-outs, and EOL events. Ensure supplier commitments, manufacturing capacity, component availability, master data, and inventory run-down plans are aligned. Integrate lifecycle assumptions and risks into SIOP and S&OE. **Planning Excellence:** Standardize regional planning routines, assumptions, data, and issue-management processes. Improve use of ERP, analytics, and planning workflows to create transparent and traceable supply assumptions. Establish clear decision rules and share repeatable planning practices across regions, functions, and external partners. Yubico operates under a cultural philosophy of "Speed with Integrity," with core values of Battle Friction, Inspire Higher, and One Team. The company is publicly traded on Nasdaq Stockholm with headquarters in Stockholm, Silicon Valley, and Singapore. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related discipline - Typically 7+ years of experience in supply planning, material planning, manufacturing planning, sourcing/procurement, inventory planning, or SIOP/S&OP - Demonstrated experience working directly with suppliers, contract manufacturers, or external production partners - Experience developing supply, capacity, or material scenarios across multiple countries, sites, or supply-chain nodes - Practical experience with NPI, ramp-up, phase-out, and EOL planning, including supplier and inventory implications - Strong experience in supply, material, capacity, production, and inventory planning, including constrained planning and scenario development - Proven ability to work effectively with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and sourcing teams to resolve material and capacity constraints - Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, lead times, supplier performance, and planning implications of commercial decisions - Ability to evaluate supply options across service, inventory, cost, working capital, and risk - Advanced analytical and scenario-planning skills with ability to structure incomplete information and communicate clear options and consequences - Comfortable influencing stakeholders across countries, functions, and external organizations - Experienced in designing and embedding more disciplined planning processes - Experience with ERP, planning, and analytics platforms required; experience with NetSuite or comparable systems is an advantage
