Salary: USD 77,000 - 142,000 / annual
Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Buyer to join the Advanced Effects Procurement team. You will support procurement activities for key defense programs, manage supplier relationships, and ensure on-time delivery of critical materials and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, issue, and manage purchase orders to meet production and program needs
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, monitor performance, and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing
- Quickly resolve supply chain disruptions, delivery delays, and quality issues to keep projects on track
- Monitor and expedite orders to meet deadlines and production schedules
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to align procurement with company goals
- Maintain accurate records, track procurement KPIs, and identify opportunities to streamline processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field
- 3+ years of supply chain experience, including technical procurement
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Ability to relocate to Anduril's Arsenal 1 campus in Ohio (or already local)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to obtain advanced levels security clearance
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a plus
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
