Liftoff is an AI-powered performance marketing platform serving the mobile app economy. The Performance Strategy team bridges commercial and technical functions, acting as power users of Liftoff's platform to support customer success across the entire account lifecycle. In this role, you will serve as a technical account manager and performance strategist for key Accelerate customers. You'll be the internal point of contact managing and optimizing for performance, collaborating with account and revenue teams to formulate campaign optimization strategies. You'll assist sales in onboarding new customers, ensuring pre-launch requirements are met and campaigns are set up for success. Key responsibilities include: - Managing key client relationships and escalating issues internally - Developing campaign optimization strategies using platform expertise - Supporting customer onboarding and ensuring account success across all lifecycle stages - Launching new campaigns and identifying non-standard pitfalls - Participating in cross-functional projects including experimentation and product releases - Analyzing performance trends and identifying potential issues - Optimizing campaigns for post-install goals using proprietary tools and dashboards - Triaging and escalating issues to management - Assessing team processes and driving improvements - Training and mentoring junior team members - Designing, running, and reporting on A/B tests - Creating dashboards and data visualizations for troubleshooting and performance investigation - Sharing knowledge proactively through regular team updates - Operating effectively across technical and non-technical teams You'll work in a matrix environment, balancing diverse responsibilities while collaborating across the organization. The role requires quarterly in-person attendance at team gatherings, regional meetups, and company-wide events. Requirements: - 2-4 years of experience in campaign optimization, business intelligence, or analytics - Ability to draw insights from data - Strong organizational skills - Proactive and outcome-driven approach - Clear communication with both technical and non-technical teams - Strategic mindset - Passion for product and process improvement
