MURAL is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid marketing end-to-end across search, paid social, video, and display channels. You will report into the Growth Marketing team (which sits inside Product) and serve as a core acquisition engine for the business, working across both self-serve and sales-assisted motions.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Owning strategy, budget, execution, and reporting for paid marketing across all channels, running them as one connected program across the full funnel
- Generating efficient growth by optimizing for both activated users and qualified pipeline from paid investment
- Building and running a continuous experimentation program across audiences, creative, landing pages, and offers
- Leading agency and vendor partners to execute and scale the program
- Partnering with the Data team on attribution and measurement to connect paid spend to real business outcomes
- Collaborating with Marketing and Web teams on messaging and post-click experience optimization
- Setting performance targets and expanding the program into new regions and languages (EMEA and APAC)
- Supporting account-based and demand generation programs in partnership with Sales and RevOps
- Leveraging AI tools in daily workflow for keyword research, creative development, analysis, and reporting
You will own the full funnel—from building early awareness to reaching people when they are ready to act—and will be measured on the quality and volume of activated users, qualified pipeline, and revenue generated from paid investment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of hands-on B2B digital and performance marketing with real budget responsibility
- Proven ownership of paid search, paid social, and video or display channels
- Full funnel operator experience across both self-serve growth and sales-assisted demand; demonstrated success with awareness, demand creation, and account-based work (not only bottom-funnel capture)
- Ability to design and interpret clean tests across audiences, creative, and landing pages; comfort with inconclusive results
- Hands-on fluency in performance data: SQL, product analytics, and BI tools
- Strong point of view on measurement; understanding of last-click attribution limitations and experience with holdouts, incrementality testing, or media mix modeling
- Experience running paid marketing in self-serve or freemium models, with understanding of how acquisition connects to activation and retention
- Self-starter mentality: motivated, scrappy, problem-solver who thrives in high-growth environments
