You will join the Marketing Strategy team, which drives growth by attracting new users and increasing reach, visibility, and sales of experiences and brands. This team creates data-driven campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, TV, and other channels, focusing on generating awareness, boosting engagement, and converting interest into bookings.
In this role, you will own the marketing strategy for your assigned experiences and build compelling campaigns for exclusive experiences worldwide, including both partner events and Fever Original events. You will create and execute successful performance digital marketing campaigns with high visibility, leveraging social media channels like Facebook and Instagram. You will work closely with the growth marketing team to analyze performance data and identify optimization opportunities.
Key responsibilities include managing the P&L and marketing budget for your region, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Media, CRM, Design, Content, Copywriting) to provide strategic direction for campaigns, and building and growing your team. The role is based in Madrid with a hybrid work setup and a central office location.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated expertise in Facebook ads and other social paid platforms
- Native-level Dutch language proficiency and good English language skills
- Marketing background and proven track record in campaign development and execution
- Willingness to relocate to or work in Madrid and grow with Fever
