This role owns the end-to-end reporting and analytics landscape for Sportradar's people function. You will define what the organization measures, design how insights reach stakeholders, and build the data foundation that enables self-service analytics at scale.
Key responsibilities include:
**Reporting Strategy & Governance**: Own the metrics and reporting portfolio. Challenge what no longer adds value, retire unused reports, and propose what leadership should be measuring instead. Design reporting security to ensure the right people see the right data without friction.
**Workday Expertise**: Design, build, and maintain custom Workday reports and dashboards (Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports, calculated fields). Build and optimize Discovery Boards, People Analytics content, and Worksheets. Implement Workday security (domain, business process, and report-level) for sensitive people data.
**Cross-System Integration**: Build and maintain data flows between Workday and other systems. Create and maintain Power BI models that combine Workday data with other sources to provide unified insights.
**Self-Service & Enablement**: Understand the decision behind each request and design reporting that answers the next three questions too. Train HR Business Partners, Finance, and senior leadership to serve themselves, shifting effort from producing reports to improving them.
**Data Foundation & AI Readiness**: Lay the data foundation that AI tooling can be pointed at safely and usefully. Ensure clean, well-structured, well-governed people data. Automate recurring reporting (RaaS-enabled reports, scheduled deliveries).
**Day-to-Day Delivery**: Handle urgent reporting requests to a high standard while using patterns to build scalable solutions. This is a hands-on senior role: you set direction, build it, and still turn around the Tuesday-afternoon request.
