Drive cross-functional alignment with People, Legal, Finance, IT, Security, and business stakeholders, translating needs and constraints between teams.
People Programs: Lead the design and rollout of strategic people initiatives spanning performance management, organizational change, compensation and rewards, and employee experience programs. Coordinate implementation across multiple regions and business units.
Process Improvement & Scale: Identify opportunities to streamline people processes and build scalable systems as the organization grows. Establish governance and reporting mechanisms to track program health and impact.
