EVERSANA is a leading independent provider of global services to the life sciences industry, serving more than 650 organizations including innovative start-ups and established pharmaceutical companies. The People Partner – Europe reports to the Senior People Director – Europe and serves as a key HR contributor supporting the company's growth and operations across the European region. This role works closely with European and global HR teams, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and external HR partners to deliver comprehensive HR support across the full employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: - Partnering with HR leadership to understand business needs and support day-to-day HR operations across Europe - Managing the complete employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, compensation and benefits, absence management, employee data, compliance, and employee relations - Ensuring data integrity across HR systems and tools - Acting as liaison between Shared Services (HR, Finance, Legal) and internal stakeholders - Managing interactions with authorities and external providers related to compensation & benefits, social security, and mobility - Supporting design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs - Administering HR programs including performance management, talent management, recognition, development, leaves, disciplinary matters, and investigations - Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws - Staying current on HR trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies including AI applications in HR - Supporting international mobility and relocation processes - Guiding stakeholders through sensitive conversations and transitions - Leading or supporting initiatives in training, diversity, inclusion, and engagement - Acting as ambassador for company culture and supporting internal communication - Demonstrating commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through inclusive behaviors and proactive bias management The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with a hands-on operational approach, thrives in global and dynamic organizations, drives HR initiatives and process improvements, and acts as a trusted partner to the business with a solution-oriented, team-player mindset. REQUIREMENTS: - Mandatory: 10+ years of HR experience within an international environment - Mandatory: 5 years of experience as HR Generalist in France, with hands-on experience managing full employment lifecycle - Proven working experience with employment-related laws and regulations in multiple European countries (France mandatory; UK, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Finland highly appreciated) - Fluent in English and French; additional European languages a plus - Keen attention to detail with experience organizing and leading projects involving multiple data sources - Experience working in fast-paced environments - Pragmatic, hands-on, solution-oriented attitude - Flexible and adaptable, comfortable with change and competing priorities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills - Strong time management with proven ability to meet deadlines - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mentality - Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality - Bachelor-level degree preferred - People Partner, Labor Legislation, Compensation & Benefits, or Social Security trainings highly appreciated Candidate must be based in Ireland or Spain (home office).
