EVERSANA is a leading independent provider of global services to the life sciences industry, serving over 650 organizations including pharmaceutical companies and biotech startups. The People Partner – Europe role reports to the Senior People Director – Europe and is a key contributor to HR operations across the European region.
You will partner with HR leadership to understand business needs and support day-to-day HR operations across Europe. Core responsibilities include managing the full employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, compensation and benefits, absence management, employee relations), ensuring data integrity across HR systems, and acting as a liaison between Shared Services (HR, Finance, Legal) and internal stakeholders.
You will manage interactions with authorities and external providers related to compensation & benefits, social security, and mobility. You'll support the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs, administer HR programs including performance management, talent development, recognition, and disciplinary matters. The role requires developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws, staying current on HR trends and regulatory changes, and supporting international mobility and relocation processes.
Additional responsibilities include guiding stakeholders through sensitive conversations and transitions, leading or supporting initiatives in training, diversity, inclusion, and engagement, acting as an ambassador for company culture, and demonstrating commitment to DE&I through inclusive behaviors and proactive bias management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Mandatory: 10+ years of HR experience in an international environment
- Mandatory: 5 years of experience as HR Generalist in France with hands-on full employment lifecycle management
- Proven working experience with employment-related laws and regulations in multiple European countries (France mandatory; UK, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Finland highly appreciated)
- Fluent in English and French; additional European languages a plus
- Keen attention to detail with experience organizing and leading projects with multiple data sources
- Experience in fast-paced environments with pragmatic, hands-on, solution-oriented attitude
- Flexible and adaptable, comfortable with change and competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mentality
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Experience with comprehensive HRIS systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Bachelor-level degree preferred
- People Partner, Labor Legislation, Compensation & Benefits, or Social Security trainings highly appreciated
