As a People Partner, you will work closely with leaders and managers across R&D and Product organizations at the Tel Aviv headquarters, acting as a trusted advisor on people, organizational, and leadership matters. Your responsibilities will include:
- Partner with R&D and Product leaders to build high-performing teams
- Navigate organizational changes and support leaders through transitions
- Develop and retain talent through strategic people initiatives
- Create an environment where employees can do their best work
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on, day-to-day execution
