You'll have space to rethink existing processes rather than maintain them, and will actively automate where possible. Everything you design must feel personal, thoughtful, and clear to candidates and employees across the globe, while working asynchronously. REQUIREMENTS: - 4+ years in People Operations, Talent, Recruiting, or Program Management, ideally in fast-paced tech - Hands-on experience configuring and managing people workflows, data, and reporting - Experience supporting international team members or candidates with optimized processes - Proven track record of simplifying or rebuilding inefficient operational processes - Ability to pull and analyze team data to inform decision-making - Strong written communication skills (docs, Slack, guides) - High discretion and sound judgment with confidential information - Ability to work independently in a distributed team environment Differentiators: - Experience at a rapidly growing company - Demonstrated ability to set up smart automations using AI, no-code, or scripting tools - Personal experience in remote-first teams with ideas on asynchronous onboarding success - Benefits design or renewal experience across multiple regions - Familiarity with recruiting tools like Ashby - Experience running broader people initiatives (performance reviews, engagement surveys, manager development)
