Salary: USD 110,000 - 165,000 / annual

The People Business Partner will serve as a strategic thought partner to business owners and senior leadership on people-related strategies and employee engagement. This role is central to supporting the company's next phase of growth through workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering strategically with business owners and senior leadership on people strategies and organizational design
- Coaching managers and leaders on best practices and providing guidance on complex employee relations issues
- Leading workforce planning, succession planning, and business restructuring initiatives
- Designing, implementing, and iterating new people programs while improving existing ones
- Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Using people metrics and data to drive insights around growth, retention, and talent development
- Building proactive, data-driven processes to attract, grow, and retain talent
- Working closely with management and employees to improve relationships, build morale, and increase productivity
The role will primarily partner with engineering teams to enhance talent development and performance across the organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably with engineering client groups
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- Experience across multiple HR/People channels
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, outcome-oriented environments
- Strong coaching and partnership skills with managers and leaders; ability to deliver feedback and challenging information while building trust
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
- Data-driven and detail-oriented mindset
