Vensure Employer Solutions, the largest privately held HR technology and services company, is seeking a PEO Implementation Consultant to lead client onboarding and implementation for their Professional Employer Organization (PEO) solutions. The company serves over 95,000 businesses and processes $135B in annual payroll. In this role, you will be the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for new PEO clients during their implementation phase. You will oversee the full client implementation process, understanding their unique requirements and configuring PEO solutions to meet their specific needs. Key responsibilities include leading seamless transitions to Vensure services, providing expert guidance on system configuration and best practices, and delivering comprehensive training to ensure smooth user adoption. You will serve as a troubleshooter for technical and process-related issues, collaborate across Sales, Client Relations, and Payroll teams, and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. As a subject matter expert, you'll stay current with industry trends, benefit regulations, and complex client situations. You'll manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, maintain detailed documentation, and contribute to the enhancement of implementation methodologies and tools. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, exceptional attention to detail, and proven ability to work effectively in team environments. REQUIREMENTS: - High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education, certifications, or job training - Minimum 3 years of related work experience - Proficiency in HR software and tools, specifically PrismHR - Strong understanding of payroll and HR processes, regulations, and compliance requirements - Proven experience in implementation, payroll, or related field - Proven track record managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines - Knowledge of federal and state regulations pertaining to benefit administration - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Industry certification beneficial but not required (FPC, CPP, PHR, SHRM-CP, PMP, etc.)
