Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with expense report reviews (Expensify), employee record maintenance in NetSuite, and participate in month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing procedures

The company has over 1,400 global employees representing more than 40 nationalities across 15 offices worldwide.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in payroll administration (experience in multi-country/international payroll or SaaS/FinTech environments is a strong plus)
- Practical experience with cloud ERPs (NetSuite preferred) and major payroll engines (ADP Workforce Now, ADP Celergo, or similar global vendors)
- Solid foundation in labor law, social security, and local tax compliance for key jurisdictions; basic understanding of internal controls (SOX)
- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) required, as it is the global working language
- Proactive problem solver, obsessed with accuracy and confidential data handling, comfortable navigating dynamic environments
