In this Payroll Analyst role based in São Paulo, you will oversee critical payroll operations and financial compliance:
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Guide and oversee the migration of payroll data to ADP, ensuring data accuracy and zero-error execution
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Brazilian government reporting (eSocial), directing what and how data is reported to maintain full regulatory compliance
- Oversee General Ledger (GL) posting logic and P&L registers for payroll, responsible for revisions, reconciliations, and financial audits
You'll work on-site five days a week in the São Paulo office, collaborating with a team committed to bringing automation into the physical world.
**Requirements:**
- 4+ years of overall experience
- Deep operational expertise in Brazilian labor compliance and eSocial reporting requirements
- Strong background in payroll accounting
- Experience with payroll software and/or system integrations (ADP experience strongly preferred)
