Testlio is a fully managed crowdsourced testing platform powered by proprietary intelligence technology (LeoCore™), integrating expert on-demand testers into release processes. The platform covers 600,000+ devices, 800+ payment methods, 150+ countries, and 100+ languages.
Testlio is expanding into digital payments and financial transactions. This role bridges strategic vision and hands-on technical expertise at the intersection of digital financial transactions and quality engineering.
**Strategic & Commercial Responsibilities:**
- Imagine, drive, and evangelize a viewpoint on the future of Payments Testing through white papers, articles, speeches, and webinars
- Collaborate with VP of Alliances and external software partners to identify and execute joint go-to-market offerings with payments and commerce consultancies
- Engage with enterprise prospects in partnership with Sales, providing guidance on effective Payments Testing strategies, tactics, and ROI
- Launch, evolve, and refine payments services based on market and competitive intelligence
**Hands-on Delivery Collaboration:**
- Dive deep into client digital transaction architectures to design bespoke, highly technical quality engineering methodologies for agentic payments, mobile payments, wallets, and POS systems
- Act as escalation point and subject-matter expert for Delivery teams, stepping in hands-on from scoping to test execution review on complex or strategic payments engagements
- Solve technical roadblocks in payments quality engineering, ensuring transaction integrity, security, and compliance across global regions and instruments
- Help Testlio Services teams and top clients design and implement new technical approaches at 100M+ user scale

**Requirements:**
- 10+ years of deep experience with digital payment systems, including mobile payments, online banking, payment gateways, wallets, and point-of-sale systems
- Strong technical affinity for quality engineering, API integrations, and world-class software development methodologies within the financial sector
- Demonstrated ability to dive into technical architecture, troubleshoot payment integrations, and design structured evaluation criteria for complex transaction flows
- Master's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong management consulting or managed services background with client-centric mindset and ability to lead technical discovery
- Experience designing service offerings, understanding cost-to-serve dynamics, and collaborating cross-functionally across sales and partners
- Keen intellect, vivid imagination, and rapid problem-solving capabilities with a "lifetime learner" approach
- Excellent written, visual, and oral communication capabilities
- Strong leadership ability to motivate and inspire distributed cross-functional teams without direct people management burden
