The Payments Implementation Manager will work on high-impact payments initiatives across the business, solving complex challenges at scale and delivering better outcomes for customers. This role sits within Revolut's Operations team, which tackles the company's toughest problems with speed, precision, and creativity. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with local payments systems, serving as Revolut's primary point of contact - Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, guidelines, and procedures - Conduct payment operations and oversee end-to-end processes including transaction initiation, verification, reconciliation, and settlement - Collaborate with internal IT teams to resolve technical issues related to payment systems - Generate regular reports on payment activities, volumes, and performance metrics to support decision-making and regulatory compliance - Monitor and mitigate payment-related risks such as fraud, errors, and operational disruptions by implementing appropriate control measures and conducting risk assessments - Engage in industry forums and working groups - Stay current with trends, regulations, and innovations in the payments industry Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in payment operations, integration management, or technical product management - Knowledge of payment standards, messaging protocols, or card processing workflows - Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder integration projects or full product market launches and migrations - Solid communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders - Ability to deep-dive into topics leveraging existing knowledge base and tools - Autonomy in planning and implementing processes from scratch, following service indicators, building reports, etc.
