Daymark Health is a value-based oncology company transforming cancer care through a comprehensive, personalized platform that combines dedicated care navigation, symptom-focused support, behavioral health, and social resources with evidence-based interventions and a hybrid in-person + virtual care model.
As Patient Marketing Manager, you will own day-to-day execution of patient engagement and enrollment strategy. You'll develop a deep understanding of Daymark's model and audiences, translating messaging into patient- and provider-facing content that is clear, compassionate, and conversion-focused. Your work will directly support the enrollment team and be measured by new patients enrolled.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing multichannel campaigns spanning email, SMS, print collateral, direct mail, out-of-home, and digital channels
- Writing patient- and provider-facing content independently (emails, brochures, landing pages, scripts, collateral)
- Partnering closely with the enrollment team to provide materials and messaging that drive conversion
- Managing the patient marketing calendar—scheduling, building, and deploying campaigns across platforms
- Working fluently with marketing automation platforms and CRM to deliver targeted, personalized communications
- Continuously A/B testing and optimizing campaigns to drive incremental gains in enrollment and engagement
- Using data-driven insights to tailor messaging to each stage of the prospective patient journey
- Ensuring all patient and enrollment communications meet healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, TCPA)
- Bringing creative ideas and fresh thinking to patient acquisition strategy
After 6 months, you will have built and launched multichannel campaigns that measurably support new patient enrollment, established a repeatable content production and deployment process, and become a trusted partner to the enrollment team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4-7 years of progressive marketing experience with B2C or direct-to-consumer work required
- Portfolio of writing samples (email, SMS, landing pages, brochures, scripts) demonstrating independent, on-brand writing
- Hands-on experience building and deploying lifecycle campaigns in marketing automation platforms (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot) including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
- Experience running multichannel campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, and print with track record of tying to conversion or acquisition metrics
- Comfort working in CRM (Salesforce preferred) and reading performance data
- Working knowledge of consent and communications compliance (HIPAA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM)
- Strong project management skills managing multiple workstreams
- Experience using AI tools (LLMs, content generation, analysis) in marketing workflow
- Digital health, healthcare, wellness, or consumer subscription experience ideal
- Strong independent writing ability (non-negotiable)
- Multichannel campaign building expertise
- Marketing operations savvy and fluency with marketing automation platforms as power user
- Data-driven, execution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Self-starter comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced, early-stage environment
- Collaborative teammate who partners across functions
- Mission alignment with healthcare transformation and cancer care improvement
