Teya is a Series C fintech platform serving local businesses across Europe—cafes, restaurants, salons, shops, and entrepreneurs. The company simplifies financial services for SMBs through intuitive tools, thoughtful design, and genuine human support. As Partnerships Manager, you will own the full lifecycle of partner relationships: building and nurturing existing partnerships, proactively sourcing and qualifying new opportunities, and driving onboarding. You'll act as the "architect" of partnerships, combining commercial acumen with rigorous project management and analytical thinking. Key responsibilities include: • Partner Management & Growth: Strengthen relationships with existing partners, ensure clear communication, and drive mutual success. • Partner Acquisition: Identify, approach, and qualify potential partners; manage the entire onboarding process. • Strategic Planning & Analysis: Collaborate with product and commercial teams on growth strategies. Build business models (e.g., portfolio acquisition), analyze data, and translate insights into actionable business documents. • Reporting & Insights: Deliver regular partner performance reports, analyze market trends, and provide feedback to the product team. • Administrative Excellence: Manage project workflows, stakeholder coordination, and operational precision. You bring B2B sales or business development experience (fintech background is a strong plus), analytical rigor with Excel and data interpretation, project management discipline, self-motivation, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and fluent Czech/Slovak and English. You thrive in fast-paced environments, drive initiatives independently, and excel at stakeholder management. Teya offers competitive base salary plus performance bonuses, flexible working hours and remote options, 26 days PTO plus 3 sick days, BenefitPlus card, meal vouchers, transport subsidies, mental health support via Hedepy, and monthly team gatherings in Prague.
