As Partnerships Manager for the South East region, you will develop and nurture relationships with accounting firms, positioning Allica as the most recommended bank by accountants. This is a B2B sales and account management role with a consultative approach. Key responsibilities include: - Managing a regional portfolio of accounting firms across the pipeline (cold outbound, warm inbound, active introducers) - Building trust through consultative positioning and regular in-person meetings across the region - Introducing the Business Rewards Account and other banking products, owning the end-to-end onboarding and funding journey - Qualifying clients with lending needs and introducing them to specialist Relationship Managers - Serving as the dedicated point of contact for accounting firm partners - Delivering and improving the Accountants Playbook to ensure positive onboarding and repeat introductions - Running regional events (lunch and learns, roundtables, etc.) - Equipping firms with marketing materials and joint initiatives - Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting on pipeline progress - Collaborating across teams (Relationship Managers, Marketing) to ensure seamless customer and partner experiences The role involves significant regional travel and in-person meetings. You will be supported by the Marketing team in running events. Requirements: - Proven track record in B2B sales and account management - Strong understanding of SMEs and the role of professional advisors, particularly accountants - Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a track record of earning trust from partners, customers, and colleagues - Strong communication and presentation skills for in-person and virtual meetings and events - Confident managing a CRM-based portfolio and reporting on pipeline progress - Commercially minded, balancing new revenue generation with appropriate consideration of risk and reputation - Comfortable working collaboratively with specialist colleagues to deliver good outcomes for customers and the business
