Allica Bank is the UK's fastest-growing fintech firm, focused on serving established SMEs—a major underserved segment representing over a third of the UK economy. The company has been overlooked by both traditional high street banks and modern fintech providers, creating a significant opportunity.
As Partnerships Manager, you will develop and nurture relationships with accounting firms across your region, taking a consultative B2B sales approach. You'll own the end-to-end client experience for Business Rewards Account clients, from generating introductions through onboarding and funding, and coordinate with specialist Relationship Manager teams on additional lending needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a regional portfolio of accounting firms, covering cold outbound, warm inbound, and active introducers, moving each through the pipeline to become repeat client introducers
• Build trust and credibility through consultative positioning, establishing Allica as the most recommended bank by accountants
• Grow Allica's presence across firms through regular regional travel and in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders
• Introduce Business Rewards Account and other banking products, owning end-to-end onboarding, funding, and account usage
• Qualify and introduce clients with lending needs to appropriate Relationship Managers
• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for accounting firm partners
• Deliver and continuously improve the Accountants Playbook to ensure positive onboarding and repeat introductions
• Run regional activities including lunch-and-learns, roundtables, and events
• Equip firms with effective Partnerships Pack, marketing materials, and joint initiatives
• Maintain accurate CRM portfolio records and report on progress
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless experiences for partners and customers
The role involves significant regional travel and in-person meetings, with support from the Marketing team for event execution.

• Strong understanding of SMEs and the role of professional advisors, particularly accountants
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with demonstrated ability to earn trust from partners, customers, and colleagues
• Strong communication and presentation skills for in-person and virtual meetings and events
• Confident managing CRM-based portfolios and reporting on pipeline progress
• Commercially minded, balancing new revenue generation with appropriate risk and reputation considerations
• Comfortable working collaboratively with specialist colleagues to deliver outcomes for customers and business
