Allica Bank is the UK's fastest-growing fintech firm, focused on serving established SMEs—a major underserved segment representing over a third of the UK economy. The Partnerships Manager role is central to Allica's growth strategy, developing and nurturing relationships with accounting firms across a regional territory.
You will own the end-to-end client experience for Business Rewards Account clients, from generating introductions through onboarding and funding. Working with a consultative, B2B sales approach, you'll manage a regional portfolio of accounting firms, moving each through the pipeline from cold outreach and warm inbound leads to becoming repeat client introducers. You'll build trust and credibility by positioning Allica as the most recommended bank by accountants, growing Allica's presence across multiple stakeholders and offices within each firm.
Key responsibilities include introducing the Business Rewards Account and other banking products to accounting firms and their clients; qualifying and introducing clients with lending needs (e.g., commercial mortgages) to the appropriate Relationship Manager; acting as the dedicated point of contact for accounting firm partners; delivering and continuously improving the Accountants Playbook to ensure positive onboarding; running regional activities such as lunch-and-learns and roundtables; equipping firms with marketing materials and joint initiatives; maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting on pipeline progress; and collaborating across teams (Relationship Managers, Marketing) to ensure seamless experiences for partners and customers.
The role involves significant regional travel and in-person meetings. You'll be supported by the Marketing team in running events and will manage personal objectives and development plans while ensuring compliance with all mandatory policies and operational procedures.
