Yuno is building payment infrastructure that enables companies to participate in global markets. The company provides access to 1,000+ payment methods via a single API, serving brands like InDrive, McDonald's, Rappi, and Viva Aerobus across 80+ countries with AI-powered routing and fraud prevention.
As Partnerships Manager, you will own and grow a strategic portfolio of LATAM partners including acquirers, alternative payment methods (APMs), banks, and fraud/risk solution providers. This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of business development, product, and commercial strategy, with high visibility across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
**Partner Portfolio Management**: Own end-to-end relationships with a defined portfolio of LATAM partners. Serve as primary point of contact, ensuring partners are engaged and growing within the Yuno ecosystem. Monitor partner health metrics (integration status, volume, NPS) and proactively address issues.
**Business Development & Growth**: Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with Yuno's product and commercial strategy. Negotiate partnership agreements, commercial terms, and SLAs. Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, co-marketing campaigns, and referral programs. Contribute to Yuno's sales pipeline through partner-generated leads. Own end-to-end commercial partner deal cycles, particularly for the Banking vertical.
**Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to advocate for partner requirements and leverage the partner network in merchant acquisition. Provide market intelligence on competitive dynamics and LATAM payment trends. Attend industry events to strengthen Yuno's brand presence.
**Enablement & Onboarding**: Lead onboarding of new partners, coordinating technical and commercial workstreams. Develop partner enablement materials and training resources. Organize QBRs, partner summits, and joint planning sessions.
You will need 5+ years of proven experience in partnerships, business development, or senior commercial roles within payments, fintech, or financial services. Deep expertise in the Brazilian payments market is required, including familiarity with acquiring landscape, Pix, and ABECS standards. You must demonstrate a track record of managing strategic partner relationships with senior/C-level stakeholders and generating measurable revenue impact through partnerships.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential. You should be comfortable operating with high autonomy, managing multiple strategic relationships simultaneously, and working cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Legal, and Commercial teams. A data-driven mindset with ability to define and track partnership KPIs is required.
Based in Brazil (São Paulo preferred). Native or fluent Portuguese speaker with professional English proficiency required; Spanish preferred.
