Salary: USD 90,000 - 100,000 / annual

The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, negotiating, and closing strategic partnership agreements that drive significant revenue and enhance platform value for restaurant and hospitality customers. This is a revenue-generating role that sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and product strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and closing new partnership agreements with strategic partners in the restaurant and hospitality space
- Managing the full partner lifecycle: technical enablement, sales training, and go-to-market alignment
- Serving as the primary executive contact for a portfolio of strategic partners, building deep, mutually beneficial relationships
- Co-selling with partners to manage pipeline, track deal registration, and ensure partners contribute to quarterly/annual revenue targets
- Collaborating with Marketing and Product to develop joint value propositions, co-branded materials, case studies, and joint events
- Creating and hosting regular sales enablement training sessions for partner sales teams
- Defining and monitoring key partnership metrics (pipeline generation, deal registration, influenced revenue, customer success)
- Acting as the internal champion for partners, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Legal teams
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of professional experience in Sales or Partnerships within B2B SaaS, with a minimum of 3 years of direct partnership experience building and managing revenue-generating partner channels. Deep understanding of SaaS ecosystems, co-sell and referral models, and experience in HR Tech, Payroll, or Restaurant Tech is a strong plus. The role requires strong business acumen to structure complex deals, negotiate terms, and articulate financial/strategic value. Exceptional cross-functional collaboration, communication, and execution skills are essential. The candidate must be willing to report to the San Francisco office 4–5 days per week.
