The Partnerships Manager will join the Strategic Partnerships team and own the full lifecycle of strategic partnerships that drive significant revenue and enhance platform value. This is a high-impact role for a relationship builder with proven success turning partnerships into powerful sales channels. Key responsibilities include: **Strategy & Development**: Identify, prospect, negotiate, and close new partnership agreements. Manage the complete partner lifecycle including technical enablement, sales training, and GTM strategy alignment. **Relationship Management**: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic partners, building deep, mutually beneficial relationships at executive and operational levels. **Revenue Generation**: Collaborate with Sales teams on co-sell motions, manage partner pipeline, and ensure partners contribute to quarterly and annual revenue targets. **GTM Execution**: Work with Marketing and Product to develop joint value propositions, co-branded materials, success stories, and execute joint events and webinars. **Sales Enablement**: Create and host regular training sessions for partner sales teams, ensuring they are equipped to effectively position and sell Workstream solutions. **Performance Tracking**: Define, monitor, and report on key partner performance metrics and KPIs. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple partner relationships while driving measurable business outcomes.
