Payhawk is a global spend management platform combining company cards, reimbursable expenses, and accounts payable into a single product. As Partnerships Manager, you will own and develop channel relationships across Payhawk's partner ecosystem, which includes ERP software integrators, ISVs, financial advisers, and accounting firms. You will drive partner prospecting, acquisition, and recruitment while maintaining and expanding existing partner accounts. Key responsibilities include developing regional partner go-to-market strategy, providing sales-enablement training to partner business development teams, negotiating contracts, managing lead tracking and assignments, identifying and developing internal champions within partner organizations, coordinating co-marketing campaigns, delivering partner performance reporting, and representing Payhawk at industry conferences and events.
This role requires close collaboration with sales, customer success, solution engineering, marketing, and legal teams. Some business travel is expected, including occasional conference attendance and partner visits.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in channel management or sales-related roles (Partner Manager, Channel Manager, Account Executive)
- Experience in a SaaS company selling to mid-market and large enterprises strongly preferred
- Familiarity with ERP ecosystems (Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, SAP) is a plus
- Proven track record of achieving company targets
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to execute at both high level and day-to-day operations
- Data-driven decision-making abilities to track partnership performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and build trust with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or international management preferred
- Comfort with occasional travel
