Baselayer is an AI Risk Platform that automates merchant onboarding, underwriting, and fraud prevention for over 20% of US financial institutions. The company prevents billions in merchant fraud and credit risk by combining government data, AI agents, and a network powered by millions of applications. As Partnerships Manager, you will architect and scale Baselayer's strategic partnerships engine, turning strong relationships into repeatable growth channels. This is a highly cross-functional, execution-oriented role reporting directly to the Head of Sales. Key responsibilities include: - Own strategic partnerships end-to-end: sourcing, structuring, activation, enablement, and scaling - Build repeatable partner playbooks and enablement assets (training, co-marketing, collateral) - Manage the full partnerships lifecycle from discovery through diligence, negotiation, launch, and expansion - Embed in partner workflows via joint GTM calls, regular touchpoints, and co-hosted events - Represent Baselayer at sponsored events and company conferences - Travel 10-20% for partner meetings, events, and team collaboration - Build scalable systems for partner onboarding and enablement - Drive internal alignment across Sales, Product, Solutions, and Marketing - Train partner sellers and reinforce messaging and positioning - Maintain rigorous pipeline and partner tracking in HubSpot - Gather partner and customer feedback for product and process improvements You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Solutions, and Marketing to drive partner enablement, co-selling motions, and measurable pipeline and revenue impact. This is a high-leverage growth channel opportunity at a small, close-knit team where ownership is real and customer impact is immediate.
