- Managing day-to-day partner relationships, keeping projects on time, on brand, and on budget
- Communicating partnership opportunities and value to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Measuring success across revenue, reach, acquisition, member growth, and partner value to inform future partnerships
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in partnerships, brand marketing, or business development, ideally in wellness, lifestyle, hospitality, or events
- Existing network across brands, agencies, and creators with a track record of closing deals
- Strong negotiation and writing skills; comfortable with proposals, pricing, and contract fundamentals
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple conversations and projects simultaneously
- Genuine interest in mindfulness, music, and the power of shared experiences
