Clair is a fintech platform on a mission to give America's workers financial freedom by enabling them to get paid as soon as they clock out of work. The company embeds its products within scheduling, workforce management, and payroll applications that workers already use daily. As Partnerships Lead, you will own and drive Clair's most important partner relationships, acting as the primary driver for how the company grows, deepens, and scales strategic integrations over time. This is a high-impact individual contributor role reporting to partnerships and growth leadership. Key responsibilities include: **Partner Growth & Expansion**: Think commercially about each partnership to identify whitespace opportunities and propose new ways to expand relationships. Work cross-functionally to bring opportunities to life and move the needle on partner-driven revenue and user growth. **Relationship Ownership**: Serve as the primary owner of a portfolio of high-value platform partnerships. Build deep, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders including executives. Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic discussions that demonstrate value and advance partnership agendas. **Onboarding & Launch**: Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners, setting the tone from day one. Coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure smooth go-lives. **Performance Management**: Track, analyze, and communicate partner performance across adoption rates, user activity, and revenue impact. Translate data into compelling narratives and identify trends early. **Internal Advocacy**: Serve as the voice of partners internally. Surface product feedback, flag integration issues, and advocate across Product, Engineering, and Leadership to ensure partner needs are appropriately prioritized. You should have 4–6 years in product management, partnerships, implementations, consulting, account management, business development, or related fields with a proven track record of owning high-value external relationships and driving commercial outcomes. Strong executive presence, product fluency, commercial mindset, data literacy, operational excellence, and ownership bias are essential. Experience in fintech, embedded finance, SaaS partnerships, APIs, or high-growth startups is a bonus.
