Salary: USD 200,000 - 230,000 / annual

As Partnerships Lead – Accounting & Advisory, you will build and expand Rillet's most impactful commercial relationships with accounting and advisory firms. You will source and launch partnerships with Top 100 CPA firms and independent advisory firms, engaging C-level executives on strategic vision and business-case creation while working with front-line leaders on execution. Your responsibilities include:
- Expanding Rillet's partner ecosystem, with primary focus on Top 100 CPA firms and independent consulting firms
- Owning revenue outcomes with partners, from initial business case development through day-to-day execution and ongoing management
- Designing and implementing a world-class partner management structure with appropriate internal resourcing to deliver a premium experience
- Structuring commercial arrangements that create lasting mutual success
- Representing Rillet at partner roundtables, industry conferences, and through strategic online presence
- Synthesizing partner feedback to inform and prioritize Rillet's product roadmap
You will work cross-functionally across the organization to execute on joint agendas with partners on both commercial and product initiatives, and will be expected to travel as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of relevant experience at a top CPA or advisory firm, OR in strategic partnerships at a software company with a significant consulting or systems integrator channel
- Background in accounting or ERP consulting strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to establish trusted relationships with Managing Directors and Partners
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to play the long game with partners
- Exceptional work ethic and drive
- Willingness to travel as needed
