Realm is seeking a Partnerships & Business Development Manager to build and scale the company's partnership function as a core growth engine. This is a full-stack business development and operations leadership role responsible for identifying high-potential partner channels, structuring deals, launching pilots, building operating models, and turning early wins into repeatable acquisition systems. You will own the entire partnership lifecycle from strategy and sourcing through implementation, performance management, and scale. This is not a relationship-only role—you must be equally comfortable pitching executives, designing workflows, analyzing funnel performance, managing cross-functional implementation, and working directly with customers to fix operational issues. Realm operates in the home renovation and construction space, helping homeowners navigate pre-construction planning, financing, permitting, and contractor matching. The company is building a category-defining platform that combines real-world expertise with AI-powered tooling to transform a historically opaque industry. Key responsibilities include: • Defining partnership strategy across high-potential categories (real estate, finance, insurance, home services, local institutions, employers, member networks) • Prioritizing partner segments based on customer intent, lead quality, implementation complexity, revenue potential, and strategic fit • Sourcing and closing high-quality partners through compelling pitches, business cases, and deal structures • Negotiating commercial terms, referral structures, operating expectations, and launch plans • Designing workflows, SLAs, CRM processes, reporting, enablement, and feedback loops for each partnership • Owning partner-sourced pipeline, conversion, revenue, CAC, payback, and ROI metrics • Building reporting systems that make performance visible and actionable • Running regular partner business reviews and making clear recommendations on scaling, adjusting, or shutting down partnerships • Serving as the connector between external partners and internal teams (Sales, Advisory, Operations, Marketing, Product, Data) • Translating partner needs into internal requirements and bringing market feedback into product and GTG strategy You should be comfortable with both strategic thinking and operational execution, equally at home in executive pitches and detailed workflow design. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, analytical rigor, and the ability to turn one-off wins into repeatable systems.
