The company operates at high speed in a legacy industry, backed by leading investors including Energize Capital and Accel.
The Partnerships role is a multifaceted, client-facing position with a strong technical component. You will own the full partner relationship lifecycle, from onboarding through account expansion and growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Owning client relationships from initial onboarding to account expansion, ensuring partners unlock full value from Axle's products by aligning technology with their evolving business needs
- Providing go-to-market insights on user propositions, communication strategies, and market positioning to help partners succeed
- Managing post-implementation relationships with clients after go-live, driving continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to deepen engagement or expand accounts

- Creating scalable processes and designing scalable products across diverse customer segments
- Making data-driven decisions and improvements both internally and externally

You'll be instrumental in Axle's growth by helping partners onboard and scale their deployment of Axle's flexibility solutions.
Compensation includes a competitive salary (£75k–£200k base + equity), meaningful equity stake in the company, enhanced parental leave, bi-annual team retreats, and hybrid working (2-3 days/week in the dog-friendly Farringdon office). The company operates with a deliberately flat structure and equitable pay philosophy.
