Axle Energy is building software infrastructure for the decarbonised energy system, controlling hundreds of thousands of energy assets by optimizing vehicle charging, heating systems, and home batteries to shift consumption to times when electricity is cheap and green. The company is backed by leading investors including Energize Capital and Accel. The Partnerships role is a multifaceted, client-facing position with a strong technical component. You will own the full partner lifecycle from onboarding through account expansion, serving as the primary conduit for Axle's B2B2C growth. Key responsibilities include: - Managing partner relationships end-to-end, ensuring clients unlock full value from Axle's products by aligning technology with their evolving business needs - Owning onboarding and implementation processes, driving post-go-live relationship management and continuous improvement - Identifying account growth and expansion opportunities to deepen partner engagement - Providing go-to-market insights on user propositions, communication strategies, and market positioning - Acting as a structured feedback loop between partners and engineering teams, translating field insights into product enhancements - Creating scalable processes and designing scalable solutions across diverse customer segments - Making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes internally and externally The role requires strong commercial instincts, pragmatic problem-solving, and the ability to operate at speed without getting stuck in bureaucracy. You will work in a deliberately flat organizational structure with a dog-friendly office near Farringdon, with hybrid working (2–3 days per week in-office expected). Compensation includes meaningful equity alongside base salary, enhanced parental leave, bi-annual team retreats, and the opportunity to directly shape the future of energy markets and accelerate the low-carbon transition. Requirements: The posting does not explicitly state years of experience, education, or specific certifications. However, the role emphasizes the need for strong commercial instincts, client-facing capability, technical acumen, and the ability to manage complex, multifaceted partnerships in a fast-moving environment. Experience in B2B partnerships, account management, or similar client-facing roles with a technical component would be relevant.
