As a Partnerships Associate, you will help build and scale one of Legora's key growth channels through strategic partnerships. You'll identify, evaluate, and secure partnerships across legal networks and associations, then build and manage these relationships to drive distribution and revenue growth. Your responsibilities include: - Identifying and evaluating potential partners across the legal ecosystem - Building and managing partner relationships with clear engagement goals - Planning and executing partner initiatives such as pilots, webinars, and joint programs - Converting partnership opportunities into revenue through cross-functional collaboration with GTM, Marketing, and Legal Engineering teams - Representing Legora at partner events and conferences - Contributing to the development of scalable partnership processes This is a cross-functional role combining relationship-building with execution. You'll work on an untapped growth channel with visible impact from day one, collaborating with senior leadership and shaping how Legora engages with legal professionals globally. You bring 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment (scale-up, consulting, or similar). You have strong execution skills, high ownership, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You communicate excellently in English, manage both strategic and operational work with attention to detail, and quickly understand new industries and customer needs.
