As a Partnership Operations Associate, you will support the growth and management of Ethos' strategic distribution partnerships. Working across sales, product, marketing, and operations teams, you'll be responsible for enabling partners to succeed on the platform and driving rapid business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing sales content, resources, tools, and training to strategic distribution partners
- Managing partner onboarding and ongoing account management for the Ethos platform
- Demonstrating Ethos' value proposition and driving adoption among distribution partners
- Serving as the primary internal point of contact for partner inquiries and ensuring positive user experience
- Advocating for partner needs internally and translating feedback to product and operations teams
You'll thrive in a hyper-growth environment, working autonomously while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders. The role requires strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and deliver comprehensive solutions for diverse partner needs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to work through ambiguity in a fast-paced, hyper-growth sales environment
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent project management abilities
- Self-starter mentality with bias for impact and ability to thrive in autonomous team settings
- Proficiency with common tools: Slack, Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides), Microsoft Office
- Prior enterprise partnerships experience preferred but not required
- Prior life insurance experience a plus but not required
