Nomic is a domain-specific AI platform for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, enabling firms to automate drawing review, code compliance, submittal review, and project research. The company connects directly to existing data infrastructure without requiring migrations and offers Developer and Agent APIs for technical teams and partners to build on top of the platform.
You will own Nomic's partner ecosystem end-to-end, covering three distinct motions: Channel Partnerships (referral, reseller, and regional partners), Technology Partnerships (partners embedding Nomic into their own products via APIs), and Product & Platform Partnerships (relationships with major AEC platforms like Autodesk Construction Cloud and Procore).
As the initial individual owner of this function, you will source, structure, and run partner relationships directly, with a clear path to building a team as the ecosystem scales. You'll recruit and manage referral and reseller relationships, define and negotiate partner economics (referral fees, resale margins, regional exclusivity), and enable partners to sell and support Nomic independently through playbooks and training. You'll identify and close technology partners for backend API integrations, scope commercial and technical terms alongside Product and Engineering, and manage ongoing relationships post-launch including usage tracking and renewal/expansion.
You'll maintain strategic relationships with major AEC platforms, working with Product and Engineering to keep integrations current as partner platforms evolve. You'll own the partner agreement pipeline with Legal, build and maintain partner-facing resources (playbooks, onboarding materials, pricing tools, partner portal), and report on partner-sourced ARR, activation, and health as input to revenue planning.
Required: 5–10 years in partnerships, channel, alliances, or business development in B2B SaaS with direct ownership of partner recruitment, negotiation, and management. Experience structuring commercial terms for referral/reseller agreements, technology/API embed partnerships, or platform integration partnerships. Comfortable negotiating with partner counterparts and coordinating with Legal on contracts. Strong written and verbal communication. Based in NYC area with flexibility for regular travel.
Preferred: Experience with AEC industry or AEC-adjacent platforms (Procore, Autodesk, Bluebeam, Egnyte). Familiarity with API-based or embedded technology partnerships. Background in a startup environment building (not just maintaining) the partnerships function. Comfortable with usage-based or consumption-linked commercial models.
